Through injection or compression molding today it is possible to mix plastic materials with powders that are more or less charged with Barium or Strontium carbonate.
It is therefore possibly to create a personalized magnetic mix that expresses a residual induction and a coercive field upon request.
This innovative solution allows for the production of magnets with extremely reduced dimensional tolerance and exceptional mechanical strength characteristics, but mostly, it makes the overmolding of other plastic and/or metal particulars (rotors, stators, support rods, among other things) possible.
